Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Manchester City has turned down Tottenham Hotspur’s opening bid to sign Brazilian winger Savinho.
In a post on his official X account, Romano reported that Spurs offered €50 million for the 20-year-old star, but City swiftly rejected the proposal.
According to Romano, the Manchester club is holding out for a significantly higher fee before even considering his departure.
Savinho, meanwhile, is pushing for a move to Tottenham in pursuit of regular playing time ahead of next year’s World Cup.
